WordPress 2.7

I know there are a few WordPress bloggers out there who read NoT.  If you haven’t upgraded already to 2.7, I want to warn you, that the backend is ugly, unintuitive and looks like it was designed by a career bureaucrat.

If anyone has seen a way to revert a 2.7 admin panel back to a 2.6 admin panel (style) please post it in the comments and I would be very appreciative for that. With a half dozen blogs now, I spend a lot of time in WP and the user experience (admin side) does matter.

    Upgraded, got used to it quickly. Perhaps I didn’t care so much since I’ve only been using wordpress for half a year. A few minor improvements in my view alongside a huge overhaul, not all of it pretty. A wash on balance, to me.
